On Friday, April 26, 2013 the London Police Cyber Crime Unit executed a search warrant at a Second Street residence in the city of London. The search warrant was part of a child pornography investigation that began on April 20th, 2013. As a result of the evidence obtained, 46-year-old Douglas Parsons was charged with the following Criminal Code offences;
• Possession of child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(4)
• Make available child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(3)
• Two counts of access child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(4.1)
