The highly reported search for a missing Hamilton man, Tim Bosma, finally reached an end with sad news of the victim’s death. Police has reported to have found the remains of the victim’s burned body at an undisclosed location. In a press conference of Police Chief, Glenn De Caire, it was stated that “it is with heavy heart that we announce the death,” following more than a week of “exhaustive investigative efforts.”

Police had been searching tirelessly at numerous suspicious locations to find Tim Bosma, as it recently arrested a 27-year-old aviation heir, Dellen Millard, last weekend and is now awaiting a court appearance on Wednesday in Hamilton. De Caire stated that “this investigation is long from over,” while sadly admitting that “human remains have been located.” He explained that “evidence indicates the remains have been burned.” De Caire added that we “require more time to find those responsible. We will continue to follow every single lead.”

Soon after the press conference of Police Chief, the victim’s family spokesperson, Peter Lowe, posted on the official Tim Bosma Facebook page, saying that “the agony in this house is indescribable. There will be no further updates from this page. My prayers are with this wonderful family.” Homicide Det. Sgt. Matt Kavanagh shared yesterday that the search of a black pickup, retrieved from the driveway of a Kleinburg home belonging to Millard’s mother, was expected to be done first thing Tuesday. The search for Bosma extended to a rural farm property owned by the Millard family, as police narrowed in on Waterloo Monday.
