Investigators from the 12 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 23 year-old male who is a patient at Trillium Health Center.
Lee Stewart, was last seen leaving the hospital by hospital staff at approximately 1:03 PM on Tuesday, June 11, 2013.
Lee Stewart is described as white, 5’5” tall with a thin build, and unkept long wavy hair. He was last seen wearing a green jacket, a brown button-up shirt, a white t-shirt, blue jeans and running shoes.
The investigation has concluded that Stewart has attended his family home and retrived a black rabbit that he is known to take for walks at a GTA park.
Lee Stewart’s parents and police are concerned for his well being as he is unable to care for himself.

Lee Stewart has been located and safely returned to Trillium Health Center.
