Lee StewartInvestigators from the 12 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 23 year-old male who is a patient at Trillium Health Center.

Lee Stewart, was last seen leaving the hospital by hospital staff at approximately 1:03 PM on Tuesday, June 11, 2013.

Lee Stewart is described as white, 5’5” tall with a thin build, and unkept long wavy hair. He was last seen wearing a green jacket, a brown button-up shirt, a white t-shirt, blue jeans and running shoes.

The investigation has concluded that Stewart has attended his family home and retrived a black rabbit that he is known to take for walks at a GTA park.

Lee Stewart’s parents and police are concerned for his well being as he is unable to care for himself.

Update: Investigators from the 12 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau have located a missing 23 year-old male who is a patient at Trillium Health Center.

Lee Stewart  was last seen leaving the hospital by hospital staff at approximately 1:03 PM on Tuesday, June 11, 2013.

Lee Stewart has been located and safely returned to Trillium Health Center.
