Suspect Mark Langille charged with first degree murder

On June 19th, 2013, human remains were located at the Lake Niapenco Reservoir which forms part of the Binbrook Conservation Area.

Scientists at the Centre of Forensic Sciences have examined the remains. As a result of their analysis, it has been confirmed that the remains are those of Daniel Baffoh. 

A Post Mortem Examination has determined that Daniel Baffoh died as a result of a gunshot wound.

Charges have been laid in relation to the murder of Daniel Baffoh and the matter is presently before the courts:

Mark Langille, 45 years, is charged with first-degree murder. 
Damian Langille, 22 years, is charged with accessory after the fact to murder.
