The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Muse Zeray, 44, was last seen on Sunday, July 21, 2013, at 4 a.m., in the Lawrence Avenue East and McCowan Road .
He is described as black, 5’6″, 180 lbs., with short black/grey hair with a goatee. He is believed to be wearing light-blue jeans, white sneakers and a black suit jacket.
Police are concerned for his safety.
He functions at the level of a seven-year-old.
