Fernandez Moonias-SainnawapInvestigators from the 22 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 16 year-old male.

Fernandez Moonias-Sainnawap was last seen at his residence on Owens Road, Brampton, at approximately 4:00 a.m. on Friday, July 26, 2013.

Fernandez is described as male, aboriginal, 5’8” tall, 150 lbs. with a medium build, crooked teeth and wavy black hair below his ears.  He was last seen wearing red shorts.

Fernandez is 16, but has a developmental disability and functions at the level of a 7 year-old.  He has limited communication skills and may become agitated if scared.

Police and family members are concerned for the safety of Fernandez because of his limited ability to care for himself.

Update: Fernandez Moonis-Sainnawap has been located in good health and returned to his family.
