On Thursday, August 1,2013, the Sex Crimes Unit, Child Exploitation Section, executed a search warrant at a home in the Jane Street and Bloor Street West area.
It is alleged that:
– an investigation revealed that a man was in possession of child pornography and sharing it on the internet
Matthew Bozdek, 21, of Toronto, was arrested.
He has been charged with:
1) two counts of Possession child pornography
2) Accessing child pornography
3) Make available child pornography
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Friday, August 2, 2013, 10 a.m., courtroom 101.
