On Saturday, August 17, 2013, at 9:55 a.m., members of the Toronto Police Service Fugitive Squad and the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad (R.O.P.E) arrested Paul Daniel Latina, 35.
It is alleged that:
– following a child pornography investigation in July 2013 by the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office, the accused fled the St. Louis, Missouri area
– after crossing into Canada, it is believed that the accused then made his way to the GTA
He is currently wanted in the State of Missouri for:
1) Possession of Child Pornography
2) Sexual Misconduct Involving a Child
3) Failure to Register as a Sex Offender
He is currently being held in custody at the Toronto West Detention Centre pending extradition proceedings.
