York Regional Police have charged a man following an investigation into alleged sexual offences the Town of Richmond Hill.

On Tuesday, August 6, 2013, investigators with the #2 District Criminal Investigation Bureau began an investigation into a man who had allegedly committed sexual offences on under-age females. The victims, ages 13 and 15, were clients of the male who was working as their personal trainer. It is alleged the man had been sending the victims text messages of a sexually-suggestive nature and that he touched the victims in a sexual manner during training sessions.

On Tuesday, August 27, 2013, the accused turned himself into police without incident at #2 District Headquarters in Richmond Hill.

Charges:

–  Sexual Assault x2

– Sexual Interference x2

Investigators feel there may be more victims and are asking anyone with information to contact police. The accused was training the victims at Fitness Connections located at 354 Newkirk Road in Richmond Hill, but was not employed by the facility.
