The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Emmanuel Pangilinan, 19, was last seen on Thursday, September 12, 2013, at approximately 11 p.m., in the Kennedy Road and Finch Avenue East area.
He is described as approximately 5’2″, 110 lbs., with short black hair and brown eyes. He has braces and black-framed glasses. He is believed to be wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black track pants with light-coloured lettering on the legs, black/white Converse running shoes. He was carrying a black/white knapsack.
Police are concerned for his safety.
