The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Lance Bailey, 60, was last seen on Sunday, September 22, 2013, at 5 p.m., in the Dunn Avenue and King Street West area.
He is described as black, 5’10”, 169 lbs., with a medium build, brown eyes and short black hair that is partly grey. He is clean-shaven and was last seen wearing a blue sweater and a beige hat. He requires the assistance of a motorized wheelchair and may have been going to Union Station.
Police are concerned for his safety.
