West Shore RCMP Requests the Public’s Assistance to locate a Missing Youth.
On August 30th, 2013, Chelsea Weigel was reported missing to the West Shore RCMP. Since she was reported missing, Chelsea Weigel was having intermittent contact with her family. As of September 18th, 2013, Chelsea Weigel has stopped all communication with her family.
Chelsea Weigel is 17 years old. Chelsea Weigel is described as 5’5 tall, approximately 160 lbs, with very short dark brown or black hair. Chelsea Weigel’s family is concerned about her whereabouts. Chelsea Weigel is known to frequent downtown Victoria and the James Bay area. Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance to help locate her.
