The Calgary Police Service is seeking public assistance in locating a man who has been missing since Monday afternoon.
Aris Mustafa, 25, was last seen at the downtown Calgary Public Library around 12 p.m. He has several medical conditions and does not speak English.
Mustafa is black, with short, black hair and a beard. He was last seen wearing a green hoodie with white vertical stripes, jeans and white shoes.
