Charges have now been approved in Vancouver’s 4th homicide of 2013, in which a 17 year old boy was stabbed and killed.
It was August 16th when an altercation between two groups at the Japan House Restaurant on Kingsway near Slocan resulted in the murder of The Vinh Nguyen.
Chien Khac Le, a 28 year old Vancouver resident, was arrested yesterday without incident. He is now charged with manslaughter and will remain in custody until his next court appearance.
