In all seven incidents, one suspect would enter the store, confront the victims, produce a sawed-off shotgun and make a demand for money. During this, the suspect would have his face covered with sunglasses and a baseball hat. The suspect would obtain some money and flee to a getaway vehicle, being operated by the second suspect. There were no injuries to any of the victims involved in the robberies.

Investigators were able to identify the two suspects responsible for the robberies and, on Friday, August 13, 2010, both parties were located and arrested. In addition, police also recovered the shotgun used during the robberies.

  1. I know one of the victims that was held up at gun point four years ago…..and can’t believe that she is still waiting to see final resolution for this case in December2014 when the driver of the getaway car will be tried….having to relieve the terror of being held up at gunpoint and robbed every time she us subpoenaed to court over the years is unfair. I won’t be surprised if they throw the case out of court because the defendant has “rights” to a trial in a timely manner. What about the victims rights? They aren’t conscomment_IDered through any of this process…..
