The Ottawa Police Service is investigating a fatal accident involving a farm tractor on Second Line Rd S in Ottawa. The incident occurred on November 13th, 2013 at approximately 10:00 pm.
A 39 year old man was working on the farm when his tractor overturned into a manure pond. He was extricated and transported to the hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The Ministry of Labour was notified and an investigator has been assigned.
The identity of the man is not being released at this time.
