On August 12, 2013, the Supreme Court of British Columbia issued a Canada Wide search warrant for Tung Sheng Wu, also known as David Wu, 62, for Contempt of Court.
It is alleged that:
– the accused operated an illegal dentistry clinic in British Columbia
– he is known as the “Basement Dentist”
– he is not qualified or competent to practise dentistry
On Saturday, November 16, 2013, Tung Sheng “David” Wu, 62, surrendered to police at 42 Division
He appeared in court at 361 University on Sunday, November 17, 2013.
