Dwayne Leroy ManningInvestigators from the Airport Division Criminal Investigations Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 26 year old male.

Dwayne Leroy Manning was last seen at Pearson International Airport, Terminal 3, by his mother, at 12:35 p.m. on January 2, 2014.  Mr. Manning is a resident of Toronto, however he is known to frequent the area of Dixie Road and Dundas Street East, in Mississauga.

Manning is described as male, black, dark complexion, 5’6” tall, 120 pounds, slim build, short black afro, above ears, with full beard and moustache, and brown eyes. 

He was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, with beige stripes, white dress shirt, brown dress pants and dark running shoes.  He is not wearing a jacket.

Police and family are concerned for his safety, due to the fact that he has no access to money, no cell phone and is not dressed for the weather. Information received from his family indicates that he has been dealing with issues of diminished capacity over the past few years which may put him at risk.

Update: In the late evening hours of January 3, Mr. Manning was located by investigators in the Toronto area.  He was found to be in good health.
