On Tuesday, January 7, 2014 the London Police Cyber Crime Unit executed a search warrant at a Simcoe Street residence in the city of London.
As a result of the evidence obtained, 46-year-old Bradley Lavoie of London, was charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
• Three counts of possession of child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(4)
• Make available child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(3)
• Access child pornography, contrary to section 163.1(4.1)
