On Tuesday, January 14, 2014, members of the Sex Crimes Unit, Child Exploitation Section, executed a search warrant in the Eglinton Avenue West and Dufferin Street area.
Tommy Jarmulowicz, 31, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with
1. two counts of Make Available Child Pornography
2. Possession Child Pornography
3. Accessing Child Pornography
It is alleged that:
– the accused was actively downloading and making available child pornography on a peer-to-peer network
He appeared in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Wednesday, January 15, 2014, at 10 a.m.
