The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) is seeking the assistance of the general public in locating missing person Matthew Owens.
On Thursday, January 16, 2013, the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary received a missing person report concerning 15-year-old Matthew Owens. Through the course of the investigation, it has been determined that Owens was last seen on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at approximately 12:45 am in the area of Oxen
Pond Road in St. John’s.
Matthew Owens is described as being approximately 5’0” ft, 100 lbs with blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt, black jacket, ball cap and sneakers.
The RNC Major Crime Unit is continuing the search.
