Lower Sackville RCMP release the name of the man that was killed in a fatal collision on Highway 102.

David Allen Doucette, 44, was killed when he was struck by a tractor traileryesterday on Highway 102 just south of the Kelly Lake scales. He was reported missing to Halifax Regional Police on January 29th.
