Montreal man Stefan Jordan faces three counts related to juvenile prostitution investigation

On Thursday, January 23, 2014, the Toronto Police Service began an investigation into allegations of juvenile prostitution in the downtown core.

It is alleged that:

– a 17-year-old girl was procured to become a prostitute in January 2014

– the girl was prostituted in the downtown core

On Thursday, February 6, 2014, at 7:30 p.m., Stefan Jordan, 29, of Montreal, was arrested and charged with:

1. Procuring a Person to Become a Prostitute 
2. Exercise Control
3. Living on the Avails of Prostitution (under 18 years)

He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Friday, February 7, 2014, at 10 a.m., room 101.

A warrant for the arrest of Jessica Naoufal, 22, of Montreal, has been issued.

Police believe there may be more victims.
