On Sunday, August 29, 2010, police responded to a suspicious incident at a home on Clendenan Avenue, just north of Dundas Street West.
Officers attended and located a man suffering from obvious signs of trauma.
The man was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he remained.
On Wednesday, September 29, 2010, he succumbed to his injuries.
He has been identified as Leo Buswa, 42, of Toronto.
