The Hamilton Police Service Break, Enter, Auto Theft and Robbery (BEAR) Unit arrested and charged a man with robbery after he was identified following the release of his images to the public.
On Tuesday, September 28th, 2010, a lone male entered and robbed the Bank of Montreal at 886 Barton St. E. The robbery was captured on video. The video images were released to the public and with the help of the public a male was identified.
On October 1st, 2010 the investigation led investigators to a home in the East End of Hamilton where a man was arrested. The man will appear in court today for a bail hearing.
Charged: William DAVIDSON, 27 yrs. of No Fixed Address
Charges: Robbery
