The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Li Qui Wu, 40, was last seen on Thursday, April 3, 2014, at 5:30 p.m., in the Leslie Street and Finch Avenue East area.

He is described as Asian, 5’7″, 160 lbs., with a mole over his left eyebrow, and short black hair. He was wearing a dark-green winter jacket, dark jeans, a black striped shirt and blue running shoes. He is believed to have a slight moustache and goatee.

He speaks only Mandarin and understands very little English.

He is driving a blue 2001 Honda Accord with licence plate BPHK 858.

Police are concerned for his safety.
