The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Leslie Jack, 79, was last seen on Wednesday, May 14, 2014, at 11:45 a.m., in the Military Trail and Neilson Road area.

He drives a 2001, red, four-door Hyundai Elantra with Ontario licence plate AHSF 739.

He is described as white, balding, 5’5″, 160 lbs., wearing glasses, dark-blue dress pants, white-and-blue plaid shirt and possibly a tan windbreaker. 

Police are concerned for his safety.

Update: Leslie Jack was located on Thursday, May 15, 2014, at 9 a.m.
