Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at 1801 South Voss about 7:05 p.m. on Wednesday (May 14).
The male victim, 45, was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant F. Briones and Officer S. Kong reported:
The victim was the driver of a tractor-trailer truck parked in the the grocery store loading dock at the above address. He was outside and behind the trailer when the truck rolled back, crushing him.
