On Wednesday, June 4, 2014, a man was arrested in connection with a Sexual Assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– on Thursday, May 29, 2014, at approximately 6:20 p.m., the Toronto Police Service investigated a report of a sexual assault in the Finch Avenue East and Victoria Park Avenue area
– a boy, 16, was walking along a pathway when he was approached by a man
– the boy and the man walked to a nearby building and entered a stairwell
– the boy was sexually assaulted
– the boy managed to escape and contacted the police
Andrew Lalla, 30, of Toronto, was charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
2) Criminal Harassment
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Thursday, June 5, 2014, room 306, 10 a.m.
