The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 45 year-old, Neigel Ryan Noel. Noel was last seen on May 29th 2014, in the Tuxedo area of Winnipeg.
Noel is described as: Male, Black, 5’10” tall, 190lbs., shaved black hair, moustache, goatee, possibly wearing a grey sweater, blue jeans, and grey suede shoes with blue bottoms.
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for his wellbeing.
Update: Neigel Ryan Noel has been safety located.
