On Saturday, June 7, 2014, at approximately 6 p.m., police were called to a hospital in Toronto for a medical complaint.
It is alleged that:
– a five-month-old boy sustained significant injuries
The boy has been identified as Ye-Lin Huang.
On Friday, June 13, 2014, at approximately 7 a.m., Huo Bin “Jack” Shen, 28, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1) Second-Degree Murder
He is scheduled to appear in court on Friday, June 13, 2014, at 2 p.m., at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, in courtroom 412.
