The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating the following 17-year-old female, Chelsea Branconnier. Branconnier was last seen in the North End area of Winnipeg on Friday, June 27, 2014.
Branconnier is described as: Aboriginal, 5’4” tall, approximately 130 pounds with an average build, shoulder length brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a grey sweater, knee length Adidas shorts with stripes on the side.
Police are concerned for Branconnier’s well-being.
