Investigators from the 12 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have arrested a male in relation to a sexual assault that occurred at a commercial business in Mississauga.
On Friday, June 27, 2014, a 46 year-old female customer at a wellness centre on Hurontario Street South, Mississauga, was sexually assaulted while at the facility.
Ali Khan, a 42 year-old resident of Brampton, has been arrested and charged with Sexual Assault.
Khan was held for a bail hearing and appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on Saturday, June 28, 2014.
Investigators are concerned that there may be additional victims.
