As previously released, the Winnipeg Police Service has been conducting an investigation into complaints of historic sexual assaults. A warrant was issued for Graham Michael JAMES.
On Wednesday, October 27th, 2010, at approximately 6:45 a.m., through mutual agreement, Graham JAMES returned to Canada through Toronto’s Pearson International airport, where he was met by Members of the Winnipeg Police Service.
JAMES was escorted back to Winnipeg and he was arrested on the strength of the warrant. He remains in custody at this time.
This investigation is ongoing and no further details will be released.
