The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a 16 year old female, Skylar Payment. Payment was last seen on August 30, 2014 in the North End area of Winnipeg.
Payment is described as: Metis, 5’2” tall, 115 pounds with straight black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black/grey leopard print pants, blue Converse high tops, a beige and black hoody with a kitten on the front and kitten ears on the hood and a black t-shirt with “Sasquatch trainer” written on the front.
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for Payment’s wellbeing.
Update: Skylar Payment has been safely located.
