Investigators from the 22 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have arrested a female suspect in relation to a domestic assault investigation.
On August 19, 2014, at approximately 2:40 a.m., the suspects became involved in an argument that escalated to a physical altercation between the suspects and a female victim. The victim was assaulted by the suspects who then fled the scene.
Police have identified the two suspects responsible for this domestic related incident:
Corey Dwane Murray, 29 years-old, of no fixed address, is wanted for Assault, Assault with a Weapon and Uttering Threats. Murray is described as male, black, 5’8” tall with black curly hair. He is unshaven and has brown eyes. He also has several visible tattoos.
Kimesha Baksh, 18 years-old, of no fixed address, is wanted for Assault. Baksh is described as female, black with a lighter complexion, 5’2” tall with a thin build. She has brown eyes and long, straight, black hair extensions.
On Thursday, September 10, 2014, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Kimesha Baksh was located and arrested at a motel in Brampton. She has been charged with Assault and will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, Brampton, on Thursday, September 11, 2014, for a Bail Hearing.
Corey Dwane Murray remains outstanding.
