The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing boy.
Khadar Handouleh, 12, was last seen on Friday, September 12, 2014, at 8:30 a.m., in theIslington Avenue and Finch Avenue West area.
He is described as black, 4’8″, 120 lbs., with short black hair. He was last seen wearing a black-and-white-striped T-shirt, black jeans, black-and-purple running shoes and carrying a black-and-green backpack.
Police are concerned for his safety.
