Enfield RCMP advise that the 48-year-old victim of this suspicious incident, Arnold Frederick Hubley, passed away last evening at the Halifax Infirmary.
On Saturday at approximately 3:15 p.m., RCMP received a report of a man who was lying on the side of the road unconscious and bleeding from the head. Preliminary investigation determined that the Arnold Frederick Hubley had been a passenger in a vehicle before the incident occurred.
The Northeast Nova Major Crimes unit is continuing with its investigation.
