The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing girl.

Jordyn Lyons, 13, was last seen on Thursday, September 25, 2014, at 8 p.m., after she left herresidence in the Ellesmere Ave and Victoria Park Avenue area.

She is described as white, 5’5″, slim build, 90 lbs., brown eyes and long, straight, light brown hair. She also has a left earlobe spacer ring. She was last seen wearing a navy blue, knitted ‘V’ neck long-sleeve shirt, white-wash light blue jeans with holes in them, and black “VANS” running shoes.

Police are concerned for her safety.
