The body of a woman discovered in the Aroostook River at the Tinker Dam has been identified as 30-year-old Christine Hart-Carmichael, an American citizen from Caribou, Maine. Her body was discovered in the water near the dam on October 26, 2014 shortly after 10:30 a.m.
The investigation into her death has been turned over to the Maine State Police.
