The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing woman. 

Phyllis Kurina, 71, was last seen on Monday, November 3, 2014, at approximately 11:40 a.m., in the Concorde Place and Wynford Drive area. 

She is described as 4’11”-5’1″, 160 lbs., heavy build, with straight white hair. She was last seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans, and was carrying a brown shoulder bag. She may be wearing glasses with grey frames.

Police are concerned for her safety.
