The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Patrick Spencer, 44, was last seen on Monday, October 27, 2014, in the Queen Street West/Ossington Avenue area.
He is described as black, 6’2″, 220 lbs., with black hair braided in
cornrows.
Police are concerned for his safety.
