The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a harassment investigation.
It is alleged that:
– a Toronto District School Board Trustee harassed a person, from Fall 2013 to present
– on one occasion, the Trustee forcibly confined the same person
On Wednesday, November 12, 2014, Howard Goodman, 63, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1) Criminal Harassment
2) Forcible Confinement
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Thursday, December 18, 2014, at 1 p.m.
