Investigators from the 11 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau have arrested a male for a Stabbing that took place at a restaurant at Britannia Road and Terry Fox Way in Mississauga.
On Friday November 14, 2014 at 12:35 p.m. the victim was seated with friends within a restaurant when he was approached from behind by an unknown suspect. The suspect stabbed the victim and casually exited the restaurant. Once outside the suspect fled south west across Britannia Road toward the townhouse complex located there.
Investigators followed up several leads and as a result were able to arrest a 21 year-old Mississauga man for the stabbing on November 17, 2014.
Morad Maher THAHER has been charged with one count each of Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Assault with a Weapon. He will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on November 18, 2014.
