Charges have now been laid in the hostagetaking incident involving a three year old boy on November 23rd.
Kyle Hepworth Jackson, a 24 year old man of no fixed address, is charged with:
· taking of a hostage
· aggravated assault
· unlawful confinement
· assault with a weapon
· possession of a dangerous weapon
Jackson appeared in court today.
