Investigators with the Vice Unit of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are seeking the public’s help locating a missing Dartmouth youth.
Thirteen-year-old Olivia Dawn Richard was reported missing to police on January 1 after she left her Pleasant Street residence around 7 a.m. She has been in contact by phone with family and friends as recently as Sunday night.
Olivia is described as a white female, 5’2″, 170 lbs., with long brown hair with blond streaks. She was last seen wearing a dark jacket, dark pants and a dark toque.
There is no evidence to suggest that Olivia has met with foul play but there is concern for her well-being given her age.
Update: Olivia Dawn Richard was located safe and sound last night in Halifax.
