The Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division have laid charges in a child pornography investigation.
On Thursday January 8th, 2015 at approximately 6 a.m., officers with the Internet ChildExploitation (ICE) Unit executed a residential search warrant on Hilltop Drive. Preliminary forensic analysis of computers located at the residence confirmed they contained child pornography images.
A 41-year-old Lower Sackville man was arrested at the home without incident. He is facing charges of Making Available Child Pornography and Possession of Child Pornography. He was released from police custody and is to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court on March 10th, 2015.
