The Hamilton Police Service have arrested and charged a Hamiltonman with Making Child Pornography Available.

On January 14th, 2015 Members of the Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit and the Technological Crimes Unit and Uniform Patrol executed a Search warrant at an address in the east end.  The investigation began after Police received information that images of Child Pornography had been uploaded over the Internet. The investigation was started by a report made to National Centre Missing Exploited Children (USA) who then forwarded the information to the National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre, which in turn provided the Hamilton Police Service with the information.  A local investigation then began and resulted in today’s arrest.

Charged:        Graham Rhynold 30 yrs of age of Hamilton

Charges:         Make Available Child Pornography

Hamilton Police are continuing their investigation with a detailed forensic examination of the computers and devices seized from the residence.

Bail Hearing is scheduled for this afternoon.
