Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 5909 Ranchester about 11:30 p.m. last Tuesday (Nov. 23).
The victim, Kar Lucky, 26, of Houston, suffered a gunshot wound and was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant T. Hanslik and Senior Police Officer R. Swainson reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a reported drive by shooting and discovered Mr. Lucky lying in the apartment complex parking lot. Witnesses stated a possible suspect was observed leaving the scene in a gold four-door vehicle.
