The London Police Service continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the fatal collision which occurred on January 18th, 2015 on Perth Drive in London.
As a result of this investigation to date, 23-year-old Elton Sabino of London is charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm, impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing death, impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm, and novice driver- B.A.C. above zero contrary to section 44.1(3) of the Highway Traffic Act.
Sabino has been released from custody and will have a court appearance in the coming weeks. He, and the other surviving passenger, remain in the hospital in fair condition.
